Carly Fisher
Owner/Head Trainer

Carly has been riding and showing since childhood and has been riding and training professionally for the last 14 years.  She has worked for top trainers in the area such as Lauren Stevens and James Lala and has experience showing throughout the US including the Winter Equestrian Festival in Wellington Florida and The Indio Desert Circuit in California (now known as HITS Thermal), Lake Placid,  HITS on the Hudson, Thunderbird Show Park in Canada, The Vermont Summer Festival and many more.  She excells at starting and bringing along young horses including Warmbloods, Ponies, and OTTBs and enjoys working with students of every age and skill level from the ponies through the adults.  She also enjoys working with breeders developing their young stock and has had a lot of success showing horses on the line in both the Hunter Breeding and Dressage Breeding as well as presenting them at Breed Inspections and Keurings.  Carly believes that riding and training is a never ending process and keeps expanding her knowledge as a rider and teacher by participating in clinics and taking lessons.  Lately she has ridden with Olympian Greg Best, Wellington based Dressage trainer Carey Radtke, and Cookie Desimone of Woodridge Farm.  She has also participated in Workshops and private sessions with Doris Worcester of The Performance Edge who specializes in helping riders achieve their personal best through performance coaching and sports pyschology.

Neo Ruiz
Owner/Farrier

Neo has been working with horses for over 10 years now.  He started as a groom and barn manager at some large show stables in Florida.  Horseshoeing caught his interest and he went on to apprentice with some of the top farriers on both the East and West Coasts.  His attention to detail and desire to help each horse move the best it can along with a relentless work ethic had helped him become one of the top farriers in the area in a short time.  Clarion Farm is very lucky to have him at our service when we need him.  In his free time you can find Neo playing with his son Joel, in parades with his horse Romeo, or out on the water fishing.

Rachelle "Roo" Jenks
Instructor

Roo has also been riding since childhood and has shown in the New England area as a Junior.  She has been teaching for many years and is enthusiastic about helping her students progress in their riding.  Her knowledge and skill as a rider and teacher are wonderful assets to the Clarion Farm team.  When not down in the barn Roo is spending time with her 2 sons Liam and Josh and daugher Jaira.
Missy McNamara
Barn Manager, Head of the Riding School

Missy McNamara, a life long horsewoman, graduated from Centenary College in Hackettstown, NJ with a bachelors degree in Equine Studies with a concentration in teaching and training.  While at Centenary she competed as a member of the college’s IHSA team.  After graduating she took a job working for Grand Prix rider Mark Leone at Ri-Arm Farm.  Missy moved back to Massachusetts and continued to work in the Equine Industry at places like Dover Saddlery and the Pedlar, all the while teaching beginner riders from her small barn in Lancaster.  Now part of the Clarion Farm team, Missy takes pride in working with beginner riders to establish a solid foundation of horsemanship, correct riding,  and fun!
