Carly Fisher Owner/Head Trainer	Carly has been riding and showing since childhood and has been riding and training professionally for the last 10 years.  She has worked for top trainers in the area such as Lauren Stevens and James Lala and has experience showing throughout the US including the Winter Equestrian Festival in Wellington Florida and The Indio Desert Circuit in California (now known as HITS Thermal), Lake Placid,  HITS on the Hudson, Thunderbird Show Park in Canada, The Vermont Summer Festival and many more.  She excells at starting and bringing along young horses and enjoys working with students of every age and skill level from the ponies through the adults.

Neo Ruiz Owner/Farrier	Neo has been working with horses for over 10 years now.  He started as a groom and barn manager at some large show stables in Florida.  Horseshoeing caught his interest and he went on to apprentice with some of the top farriers on both the East and West Coasts.  His attention to detail and desire to help each horse move the best it can along with a relentless work ethic had helped him become one of the top farriers in the area in a short time.  Clarion Farm is very lucky to have him at our service when we need him.
Rachelle "Roo" Jenks Instructor	Roo has also been riding since childhood and has shown in the New England area as a Junior.  She has been teaching for many years and is enthusiastic about helping her students progress in their riding.  Her knowledge and skill as a rider and teacher are wonderful assets to the Clarion Farm team.  When not down in the barn Roo is spending time with her 2 young boys Liam and Josh.
Sheryl Miller Instructor/Barn Manager	We welcome Sheryl to the farm.  She has a lot of experience working at large show barns and experience running her own business.  She is extrememly knowledgeable about the horses and is a great teacher too.  Sheryl grew up in this area and attended Johnson and Wales where she earned a degree in Equine Science.  We are excited to have another super qualified person join our staff.
Jenna Gallagher Instructor	Jenna is another lifelong horsewomen who takes time out of her busy schedule to teach part time at Clarion Farm.  She has worked as a barn and road manager for several area farms and has shown throughout New England both as a junior and as an adult.  She has a Masters Degree in Education and teaches at one of the area High Schools.  She is an excellent instructor and has a passion for helping her students improve their riding and reach their goals  Jenna spends her free time riding her horse Katie and with her family.  Look for her daughter Lily in the Leadline soon.
